У статті проаналізовано особливості передшлюбної частини гуцульського весілля (кін. ХІХ – середина ХХ ст.), яка передбачала обрядове відокремлення наречених від неодруженої молоді та емоційно-психологічну підготовку молодих до переходу в сімейний статус.
