Thearticlegivesreasontosay,thatthekeypointofglobalizationinthefieldofhumanrightsistheuniversalizationofthisarea.Theuniversalizationofhumanrightsisakeytrend,butnottheonly,intheirdevelopment.Humanrightsasuniversalmoralprinciplesspecificationaretherulesonwhichpeacefulcoexistenceofindividualsanddifferentculturesintermsofglobalproblemsispossible.Suchanapproachallowstosolvetheseeminglyirreconcilablecontradictionbetweenthepositionsoftheuniversalismofhumanrightsandculturalidentitypluralism:therighttoculturalidentityisasignificantindividualright.ThereshouldbeacriticalapproachtothethesisoftheinsurmountablefundamentalityofculturaldifferencesbetweenEasternandWesterncultures.ItisnecessarytodistinguishbetweensituationsofimposingWesternstandardsonotherculturesandtherealimportanceanduniversalityofhumanrightsforthemodernworld.Culturaldiversityshouldneverbeusedasanexcuseforchauvinisticnationalism.Itisinterculturaldialoguesthatshouldfacilitatefruitfulexchangesofideasonhumanrightsissuesintheperspectiveofculturaldiversityandbecomethebasisfortheformationofadialogicalcivilization.Contemporaryhumanrightsdiscoursehastotakeplaceinthecontextofaglobalworldorderemergencethroughthejuxtapositionofconceptssuchasuniversality,culturaldiversityandculturaldialogue
