Соціальне підприємництво як інноваційна модель розвитку економіки
Abstract
The article proposes to popularize the socialization of entrepreneurship in order to solve the problems of social
consumption and increase welfare from the results of the development of enterprises in rural areas in order to achieve
effective conditions and ways of forming competitive agricultural entrepreneurship. The main subjects of the economic socialization of entrepreneurship are agricultural enterprises, the location and
operation of which are mainly in rural areas. During the organization of entrepreneurial management in the village,
employment of the local population and socio-economic development of the territory takes place, social responsibility
of these entities is formed. Therefore, the article examines the future vision of the model of development and socialization
of entrepreneurship, which is based on the priority of implementing the rural preservation policy with the active
participation of entrepreneurs.
Functionally, the system of interaction between the entrepreneur and the residents of the village is able to contribute
to: the involvement of residents in the innovative solution of social, household and infrastructural problems of rural
territorial communities, the formation of an inclusive environment of life and management in the village.
Ensuring a high level of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises is an extremely important factor of economic
growth, because the agricultural sector is the basis for the economy of Ukraine. The prevailing motive for the activity of
modern agricultural enterprises is profit maximization, in the future it is necessary to transfer the social aspect of their
activity from the residual principle to the main one, stimulating it at the state and local levels — in Ukraine, the regional
aspect is important, which affects the realization of the social responsibility of entrepreneurs.
The formation of a village-preserving model of management in the countryside, in the agriculture of Ukraine, relies
on a motivated mechanism of socialization of entrepreneurship. For this purpose, the article identifies the possibility of
attracting funds through the implementation and development of the crowdfunding system and foreign fundraising
practices as tools for stimulating investments in the social-entrepreneurial process.
The strategic importance of social entrepreneurship is to overcome the depression of rural areas, the mechanism of
rural preservation in the conditions of changes in the state policy of rural development. The development of social
entrepreneurship can become an effective mechanism for ensuring rural development.
