The monograph examines the origin, structure and evolution of the geographic envelope of the natural satellite of the Earth – the Moon. Tectonic and geological processes, their manifestation and role in the modern geodynamics of the satellite are described in detail. Particular attention is paid to the nomenclature of the moon.
